About the event
Senior grading is conducted in two elements.
Part 1 FBC Tuesday 14th December
-Theory, Power test Step Sparring. Theory will start @7.00pm Power test and other elements for this grading will performed @8.00pm during class time.
Part 2 Whitegrove Friday 17th December
-Grading linework, Patterns, Kicking drills, Self defence and any other elements required for the grading.
All elements need to be passed theory paper requires min 60% to achieve a pass.
